Privacy Policy
Last updated August 25, 2026.
ACP Lending ("ACP Lending," "we," "us") originates, underwrites, and structures financing for investment property. This policy explains what this website collects, why we collect it, how it is shared, and the choices you have.
Information You Give Us
The Request for Information, Pre-Approval Request, and loan-document forms ask only for what a transaction review requires. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Property address, transaction type, purchase price or current value, and renovation or construction budget
- Estimated credit score range, entity details, and prior project experience
- Financial position, including funds available for down payment and reserves
- Documents you upload, such as scopes of work, purchase contracts, rent rolls, and financial statements
You decide what to send. If you would rather not use a form, our phone, text, and email are in the footer of every page.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting and security provider records ordinary server log data — IP address, browser type, referring page, and request time — in order to serve pages and block abuse. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs an automated check that you are not a bot. This site does not run advertising trackers, and it does not set third-party analytics cookies.
How We Use It
- To review your transaction, size a structure, and respond to your request
- To request the documents and clarifications underwriting needs
- To present a transaction to the institutional capital partners and funding sources we work directly with
- To send you information about financing programs when you have asked to hear from us
- To keep the records the law requires and to guard against fraud
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.
When We Share It
- Funding sources. Obtaining terms or a decision means sharing your transaction file with the institutional capital partners we work directly with. That is the purpose of submitting a request.
- Service providers. Vendors that host the site, store uploaded documents, and deliver our email act on our behalf and are limited to that work.
- Transaction parties. Title, escrow, appraisal, insurance, and legal parties, where closing requires it.
- Legal process. Where a subpoena, court order, regulator, or applicable law requires disclosure, or where disclosure is needed to protect our rights.
Storage and Retention
Form submissions are written to a private database that the public site cannot read. Uploaded files are held in access-controlled cloud storage and linked to your submission. We keep both for as long as it takes to review your transaction, service a closed loan, and satisfy record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form pages are bot-protected, and stored submissions are not publicly reachable. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not email full Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or images of government identification. Ask us and we will arrange a secure method.
Your Choices
- Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and a reply saying "remove" works just as well
- You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it
- Depending on where you live, state privacy law may give you additional rights, and we will honor them
Send any of these requests to [email protected].
Children
This site is meant for real estate investors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Other Sites
Some pages link to outside resources and profiles. Once you leave this site, the privacy practices of the site you land on govern, not ours.
Changes
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
